## 1. Service health

Review latency, availability, fallback, cost, quality, and current incident status. Separate provider health from workflow success so the team can see whether users are actually completing work.

## 2. Adoption and value

Review active users, eligible volume, abandoned sessions, reviewer effort, resolved work, cost per completed outcome, and current value delta against the approved baseline.

## 3. Risk and control changes

Review policy exceptions, permission issues, source-quality findings, evaluation regressions, support tickets, customer-impacting events, and release gate exceptions.

## 4. Decisions

Each workflow receives a decision: scale, tune, hold, rollback, fund, or retire. Record the owner, due date, evidence link, and follow-up metric before the meeting ends.
