## Release candidate

Summarize the workflow, candidate change, affected users, operating authority, and expected benefit. Include the previous production baseline and the evaluation suite version used for comparison.

## Regression result

Report critical case pass rate, grounded answer rate, unsafe action rate, authority violations, p95 latency movement, unit cost movement, and telemetry coverage. Explain material changes in business language.

## Decision

State whether the release ships, ships with an exception, is held, or rolls back. Every exception needs an owner, expiry date, customer impact statement, and retest plan.
