- Latency by route, model, tool, and retrieval step.
- Evaluation failures after prompt, model, or tool changes.
- Incident queue, degraded-mode events, and user-visible errors.

## Release checks

Every model or prompt change needs a reason, test result, rollback path, and owner approval.
