# Post-launch adoption plan

Use this plan after the AI service is technically live. Launch is not adoption. The operating goal is sustained use by the right users for the right tasks with measurable quality, trust, and feedback loops.

## Adoption plan

- Audience: target teams, role-specific jobs, adoption owners, champions, and support paths.
- Enablement: launch notes, demos, workflow examples, office hours, manager talking points, and FAQ updates.
- Measurement: active users, task completion, abandonment, escalation, satisfaction, and repeat-use rate.
- Feedback: in-product feedback, support tickets, interviews, analytics review, and backlog triage.
- Intervention: retraining, workflow copy changes, policy clarification, product fixes, and stakeholder escalation.

## Operating rule

Review adoption weekly for the first month and monthly after stabilization. If usage is low, diagnose trust, discoverability, workflow fit, or quality before declaring the product successful.
