Use this brief when an AI system moves from delivery into operated service ownership. The receiving owner should not need delivery-team memory to operate, explain, recover, or improve the system.

## Review sections

- Named owners for business, product, service, controls, and support.
- Runbook for normal operation, degraded mode, incident, and rollback.
- Dashboards, SLOs, alerts, traces, and evaluation reports.
- Permissions, approvals, data boundaries, logging, and retention controls.
- Acceptance decision and post-handoff review date.
