## Evidence and risk

Attach evaluation results, security review, data-boundary review, telemetry sample, rollback plan, support brief, and accepted risks. Name every exception owner and expiry date.

## Watch plan

State the post-launch watch period, monitoring owner, thresholds, rollback triggers, and communication path. Do not close the release until watch criteria pass.
